What Residents Say About The Jaxon

Great location. Staff is very friendly, but a little slow with tenant notifications. Came home to find a new trash can outside my door. Been 2 days and still have no idea why. They added more assigned parking in the garage. Actually doubled the spots, but never notified us they were taking free spots away. Trash fee is high.

Harbor View Apartments in Kingwood is a nice place to call home. It is a stone's throw from several great lakefront eateries and frozen yogurt, which is nice when you don't feel like driving somewhere. The complex is quiet and safe, the office staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are always filled in a timely manner. I've enjoyed my time here immensely.

Our experience with the Harbor View apartments has been outstanding from the very beginning.  We were moving late last year but the timing was dependent on our closing on our previous house.  As is too often the case the first closing date was postponed and while we eventually closed three weeks later the actual date closing was tentative right up until the end.  Our leasing agent, Jessica, could not have been more helpful and accommodating.  She worked with us and made us feel wanted and appreciated.  Even now, months after we first rented the apartment, she is ever quick with a smile and is a great ambassador for the Apartment management team.  The rest of the office staff is equally solicitous of our needs and has been responsive to our requests and each of them has matched Jessica's positive attitude.  The few maintenance requests we have had have been promptly addressed by the maintenance staff and they share the positive and accommodating attitude of the office staff.  The apartment we have is quieter than we expected and the setup with heated and cooled interior hallways keeps utility cost down and, we expect, will make this summer's Houston weather easier to deal with.  The parking garage is a particularly appreciated amenity.  We have never had a problem getting a suitable space on our floor and not having to deal with stairs or elevators is a godsend.   Given the great attitudes of all of the staff we can only assume Cortland must be a great employer.
